Micki Peluso

Micki began to write as a catharsis to grief after the vehicular homicide of her teenage daughter by a drunk driver. This lead to a short story of the killing in Victimology: an International magazine and a career in journalism freelancing for three major newspapers as well as magazines and on-line e-zines and contests.

This culminated in the writing of ". . .And the Whippoorwill Sang", a funny, sad, poignant family memoir of love, loss, and survival while her first children's interactive coloring book, "The Cat Who Wanted A Dog"  is in loving memory of her cat, Toby.
